hi! i'm umar.

I am a 4th year student at McMaster University pursuing a bachelors in computer science with an interest in machine learning.

I began coding in 2013 and fell in love ever since. My hobbies include shooting film, listening to music, playing classical guitar, and solving hard problems with code.

Recently, I finished a 12-month internship at Huawei's Noah's Ark Lab, working on machine learning solutions for motion planning in autonomous driving.
